Who is this For?

While the weBoost Installed | Home Complete offers an incredible solution, it comes with certain restrictions:

• You must live in the United States. Installation is available only within the 50 United States.
• This service is for residential installations only. The OnTech installer will not perform installations in commercial buildings.
• You need to have at least one bar of existing cell signal outside your home for the booster to be effective.

How the Professional Installation Works

1. Scheduling the Installation

After placing your order, you'll receive a box with the amplifier, outside antenna, and inside antenna. The installer provides cables, grounding materials, and other installation components.

You'll find a card in the box with instructions for scheduling the installation via phone or online. Note: You must receive your signal booster before scheduling the installation.

The installation is performed by trained OnTech professionals, available in every U.S. zip code, sometimes as soon as within 24 hours.

2. Installer Arrival & Preparation

The installer conducts a site survey with a cellular signal meter to analyze the outside signal strength and quality, and to determine optimal locations for the antenna, cables, amplifier, and inside antenna.

3. Installing the Signal Booster Components

Following the site survey, the installer mounts the amplifier and antennas, providing and connecting the coaxial cable, and grounding necessary components.

4. Testing & Sign Off

After installation, the system's coverage is tested to ensure you get the needed cell signal throughout your home. The installation is adjusted as necessary until you're satisfied with the performance.
